What are your delivery times?

Typical delivery leads times are based on USPS and UPS. 3-5 days on a average.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping over $60 is free. We charge a flat fee of $15 for shipping below that.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We currently only ship to USA and Canada.

How can I cancel my order?

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, but you’re able to cancel your order within 60 minutes of checking out. If you’re within this time-frame, you can locate your order here to cancel.

If you miss the cancellation window but need to change your address, please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do. If you’re looking for a different product and are traveling soon, we recommend that you place a new order for the color or size you would prefer, and we can assist with a return of the original order once you receive it.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please reach out to us asap. We want to make this right. If its our fault, we will fix it at our cost.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If the product is faulty, we will exchange gladly. Please each out to us as soon as you receive and inspect the bag.

How do I return my product?

In order to return an item, click on "Start My Return" above and complete the process within 14 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. Bags should be returned as they were shipped, with tissue stuffed inside and handles
carefully folded to avoid any damage. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item
not in its original condition, being damaged, or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these
criteria. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out
to us.

How do I care for my product?

The majority of our leathers are naturally conditioning and on their own and should not need to be treated with a conditioner
right off the bat! As you begin to use your leather, you'll notice that
it will naturally condition itself from the inside out, developing a
beautiful sheen and naturally buffing scuffs and scratches. We encourage you to resist the urge to treat or clean minor stains and surface marks, as these will become less noticeable over time and contribute to the character of an authentic leather bag.

That said, our lighter colored leathers may be more prone to stains or discoloration from oils, water, and everyday dirt & grime. If
you'd like to be extra precautious we recommend applying a leather
protectant to help prevent stains and make cleaning the leather easier in the future. After 6-12 months of use, you may notice that you'd like to restore the luster. We use Leather Conditioner in our workshop every day and are able to use it on even our lightest
colors without any noticeable darkening. In our experience, the leather will look a bit darker when you first apply the conditioner, but will return to the original color when dry. Of course, take care to use a
reasonable amount, as a super heavy coat may have different effects on the leather, and test any treatment on an inconspicuous area of your item at first.

Finally, some customers choose to add an extra waterproofing spray to
their leather so it will better wick raindrops and moisture. We'd
recommend going this route if you live in a particularly rainy or humid
climate.

Do your products have a warranty?

All of our leather goods are guaranteed for life for manufacturing defects. If you believe that your leather item has a manufacturing defect, please email our customer service team at hello@premaleathers.com with photos of the issue, as well as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be in the form of either a confirmation email or order number. Specific details of our warranty are as follows:

Leather: We believe in the toughness and durability of full-grain leather. Our straps and leather hides should never break, tear or develop holes even around the area of natural character mark. We will be happy to replace your tote or the straps if this happens for the cost of shipping!

Hardware: Rivets, snaps, and metal hardware are guaranteed for the life of your item.  If something breaks within the first 6 months of use, let us know and we’ll set you up with a repair and cover your shipping charges. After that, simply cover the cost to ship your item to our workshop and we’ll cover the cost of materials, labor, and shipping back to you for up to two full years.  For products over 2 years old, we’re still happy to repair any broken hardware and will cover the cost of materials and labor, we just ask that you cover all shipping costs to and from our workshop. If you’d prefer to have the repairs done locally instead, let us know and we can send you the hardware you need for just the cost of a flat rate envelope!

Stitching: Whenever possible our team is happy to repair the stitching on your item.  If the stitching is faulty due to a manufacturing error, we will repair the stitching free of charge, or if the stitching cannot be repaired, we will replace your item within the first 90 days of purchase. If the seam is coming apart due to wear and tear, we simply ask that you cover the shipping charges to and from our workshop so we can make the repair. Unfortunately, internal seams are not always accessible and cannot be repaired.Zippers: Please note that zippers are not under warranty. Take care not to over-stuff your zippered item, as increased tension can cause zipper malfunction and tears in the zipper fabric.

Items whose design has been modified post-purchase, and items
purchased from unaffiliated third-party sellers, are void from our
warranty terms

Are returns subject to fees?

Refunds of returned products will have a flat-rate return label fee
deducted from their total. To thank our repeat customers, we do provide complimentary return labels for items being refunded in the form of store credit. Original shipping costs are always non-refundable and will not be refunded in any form for returned items.

Can I exchange my item?

We don't offer exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to "exchange" are welcome to return their item for store credit and place a new order using the store credit at your own convenience. Store credit will be issued as soon as your return reaches us.
